Red Dogwood
PRO Tips
From the tee, you can see the green a long way in the distance, setting up a challenging long par four. A good drive is essential if you want to give yourself the best opportunity of reaching the green in two.
Accuracy is just as important as distance, as wayward drives will be punished with rough and trees on both sides of the fairway. Commit to your shot and aim to find the fairway before thinking about attacking the green.
For your second shot, take note of the large bunker positioned on a raised mound at the front left of the green. If possible, favour the right-hand side of the fairway from the tee, as this will give you a much better angle for your approach and help keep the bunker out of play.
A strong drive followed by a well-positioned second shot could set you up for a great chance of making par—or perhaps even better.
